This page identifies the person who operates this website and sells the courses offered on it, as required by Portuguese Decree-Law 7/2004 on electronic commerce, Decree-Law 24/2014 on distance contracts, and the equivalent trader identification rules in the European Union and elsewhere.

What is sold here

Nuvori Kids sells 6 online play and early learning courses written for parents and caregivers of children aged about 1 to 6, individually for $47 each or together as The Complete Collection for $147. Each course contains 8 complete written lessons with ready-to-run activities, materials lists, age variations, activity plans in tables and safety notes. All prices are in US dollars and are charged once. Nothing is shipped, nothing renews and no subscription is created. The contents of each course are listed on its own page and summarised again before payment.

What is not sold here

Nuvori Kids is an education publisher for parents. It is not a nursery, a school, a childcare or babysitting service, a toy shop or a therapy practice. We do not look after children, sell physical products, or provide developmental assessments, therapy, or medical, psychological or educational advice about an individual child. Who we sell to

We sell worldwide to people aged 18 or over. The courses are written for adults to read and to use with the children in their care; they are not addressed to children. We do not sell to anyone in a country subject to comprehensive international sanctions, and Stripe independently blocks payments it is not permitted to process.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as NUVORI KIDS.

Complaints and disputes

Please write to support@nuvorikids.com first. We reply within two working days and we would rather solve a problem than argue about it.

Electronic complaints book. Under Portuguese law you can file a complaint in the official electronic complaints book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico) at livroreclamacoes.pt. The complaint is sent to us and to the competent authority.

Alternative dispute resolution. If a consumer dispute cannot be solved with us directly, you may use a consumer dispute resolution centre. For our area this is the Lisbon Consumer Arbitration Centre, Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (centroarbitragemlisboa.pt), and nationwide the CNIACC, the National Centre for Consumer Information and Arbitration (cniacc.pt). The full list of approved centres is published on the Portuguese Consumer Portal (consumidor.gov.pt). Consumers in other EU countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre of their country.
